I am pleased to report that our Danish-based sites are open again, although I am still checking them. There is a backlog of over 400 sites on our automatic site checker so this might take some time to clear.

An SQL database issue on our Danish-based servers means that some of our sites, including AutoHits.dk and ShalomAutoHits.com, are currently offline. Our technical people in Denmark are working on the problem and hopefully normal service will be restored soon.

I am aware that some issues have developed over the holiday period with AutoHits.dk and I thank those members who have emailed me about them. I am trying to get them fixed as soon as possible but need the help of our technical staff who are currently enjoying a well-earned holiday. All our sites will be open during the holiday period and I will be checking them most days but there will obviously be some delay in dealing with emails and approving new sites and banners … but then it is Christmas!

I apologise for the problems some members of AutoHits.dk, and our other traffic exchanges that use the same script, are having when using PayPal to upgrade and purchase credits. The usual reliable system is not working correctly, it seems there might have been some changes made by PayPal that have affected our automated processes. We are working to resolve the issue and hopefully the payment systems will be back to normal very soon. In the meantime if you have a problem please let me know and it will be helpful if you can provide the PayPal transaction id#, as well as giving details of what you purchased.

There is an internet connetion issue in Denmark this morning that is affecting access to AutoHits.dk, ShalomAutoHits.com and ShalomCashPartners. I apologise for this but it is being worked on by our ISP and hopefully should be resolved soon.

I am pleased to report that the New Banner Rotator for the following traffic exchanges is now up and running … why not be one of the first to use it!

To use the new Banner Rotator login to your account and click on ‘My Banners’ which is a new link at the top of the Member’s Area pages. Scroll down the page to Banner Management and you will see that Banner Credits used to show your banner in the Rotator can be obtain in two ways - converting Site Credits that are on your account or by purchasing them using a drop down menu.
When converting Site Credits you will get 10 Banner Credits for 1 Site Credit. Please note: the conversion process is one-way only. This means Banner Credits cannot be converted into site credits.
Scroll down the page a little further and you will be able to add up to 10 banners to your account. Gold Members can add up to 20 banners. When you enter a banner it will go into waiting mode and will then be checked before being approved in the same way that sites are checked.
Your Banner must be in the standard 468 x 60 pixels format and comply with the same rules as Sites.
Once approved and credits have been assigned to it, your Banner will be shown in rotation with others on the surf bar at the top of the viewing page. It will also appear on other Member Area pages and the front (login) page. It will only be shown on the traffic exchange on which you enter the Banner. If you want to show your Banners on all our sites Click Here.
Finally, you may have noticed a new Text Link Ad on our sites that looks like this:
This is currently being tested so watch out for further details about this new advertising opportunity.
